4mm Swing Type Hydraulic Shearing Machine

As we known, swing type shearing machine is suitable for small size plate. Our smallest size of this type is 4mm thickness. There are also 2500mm, 3200mm, 4000mm even 6000mm work table to choose. 

4mm size shearing is equipped with 25mm side structure, and the thickness of worktable arrives 35mm, which can guarantee the stability during cutting action. GLDMA 4*2500mm shearing is already with 3800kg weight, this can reflect that our raw material is in real quantity.

Most areas are related with 4mm shearing machine. From electrics cabinet producing to poster board processing, even some small pieces on shop shelves, all need to use shearing machine to cut raw material.

There are two basic controllers for swing type shearing. One is Estun E21S, the other is Estun E200ps. Considering shearing machine just has one cutting action, the E21S system can manage the machine running well. It is with intelligent positioning function and also can store 40 programs. E21s controller can satisfy producing demands in real products manufacturing.

6mm Hydraulic Shearing Machine With Estun E21s

6mm is a common thickness in sheet metal manufacturing. 6mm  hydraulic shears  is also a popular size in shearing machine.
