When your requirement for shearing machine arises, firstly you need to make it clear which type of shearing machine suits you most.  Generally, we have two types--swing beam shearing machine and   guillotine shearing machine . In appearance, swing beam shearing machine is lower, guillotine has two oil tank on the top part of the machine, which makes the machine seem much higher. And this is also the distinguishing feature of guillotine shearing machine.  For thicker and long plate, we usually recommend guillotine shearer rather than swing beam shearer, as guillotine has better cutting effect. For example, when customer tells us he needs to cut plate thicker than 10mm ms steel, and the length is as long as 4000mm, 5000mm, 6000mm, even longer, we will recommend him guillotined.  Though guillotine’s cutting speed can’t compare swing beam shearing machine, yet the parallelism and straightness is much better than swing beam shearer.
