The Main Structure and Principle of Electro-hydraulic Servo Press Brake

Electro-hydraulic Servo Press Brake , most clients will feel confused of this name. What is that? Actually it's a kind of totally CNC press brake machine. This bending machine consists of machine rack frame, slider, work table, cylinders, hydraulic proportional servo system, position detection system, CNC system and electrical control system and other components. It's a kind of high precision, high efficiency sheet metal processing equipment. The slider up and down movement is driven by the left and right two cylinders. Relying on the mold respectively on slider and work table, the sheet metal can be bent into different angles or cross-sectional shape. During the movement of the slider, two grating scales mounted on each side of the machine detect the position of the slider at both ends in real time.  On the one hand, comparing the two values, according to controlling the proportion of servo to correct bias timely, in order to maintain the slider parallel.
