6mm Hydraulic Shearing Machine With Estun E21s

6mm is a common thickness in sheet metal manufacturing. 6mm hydraulic shears is also a popular size in shearing machine. GLDMA can offer 6mm*2500mm, 6mm-3200mm, 6mm*4000mm, 6*5000mm different sizes of worktable, to satisfy variety of plate cutting demands.

GLDMA Q12K series swing shearing is standard with Estun E21s system, which can control backgauge and the ordinary motor or frequency converter. Finished parts count and 40 program store functions can support common cutting task much more continuous, so that improve daily producing efficiency and save labor cost.

There are also other advanced shearing machine controller to choose, like Estun E200ps, Delem DAC 310s. E200ps can realize servo control on X axis (backgauge), the cutting speed and precision are in a higher level. DAC 310s is with control of blade clearance, and the program storage is improved to 100 steps each. Client can choose the suitable model based on their own requirement and budget.

6mm hydraulic shearing usually needs at least one 20’GP to load in, as 2500mm size is already with over 3000mm length. Machine will be loaded in GLDMA workshop, so we can ensure all the packaging details and guarantee fixing of machine.
