500 Ton press brake is a primary size in big tonnage machine. Under this tonnage, the standard length of work table start from 4000mm to 8000mm. If clients have special requirements, some customized size can be redesigned ------ this is the advantage and skill service of GLDMA.
Application fields of this size include bridge construction, public facilities producing, big storage racks manufacturing, also some small boat processing. 500T/8000mm can bend max 8mm/8000mm size, and 500T/4000mm can reach max 15mm/4000mm bending capability. We usually suggest client to choose CNC type on large tonnage machine, to ensure the bending effect and quality. The max opening height (daylight) can reach 600mm, and throat depth is 500mm. These parameters are both decided by the pressure and structure designed.
During the producing of large size plate bending machine, most important is the whole structure processing. GLDMA brought four big floor-type milling/boring facilities this year and now totally have five sets to satisfy large tonnage machine process. Whole steel welded structure and internal stress eliminated skills also offer high strength and good rigidity. GLDMA machine can with two years warranty for the main components, 15 years for the whole structure.
The protection device on big large machine is a little different. It will be not equipped rigid measures, like protection defence on the side. This is considering the processing plate size. For example, in light pole producing, when pole is completely bent, it's impossible to pull it out from front of machine. We will draw it out from left or right side. Metal fence will obstruct this action. However, the protection system like light curtain and laser security can be used commonly.
GLDMA also will offer installation service on 500 Ton hydraulic press brake. We can guarantee both the quality and service support. Your comment will be our motivation and guide.
