250 Ton CNC Press Brake Machine

GLDMA 250 Ton hydraulic bending machine is a very popular model, which can be used in many fields such as shipping, automobile making, construction and so on.

For 250 Ton hydraulic press brake machine, multiple choice for back gauge is available, the client can choose additional axis, such as R1, R2, Z1, Z2 and so on, the different number of axis you need, the different control system you will choose. If you only need to control 2 axis, torsion type bending machine is enough, you can choose E21 or E200 controller which are from China, or you can choose DA41 controller which from Holland if you have enough budget.

 When you want to control 4 axis, that will be electrical hydraulic type bending machine, you can choose DA52S control system, this system can control Y1, Y2, X and V axis, the screen is 7 inches VGA color TFT, but this is basic model for electrical hydraulic press brake machine, most client prefer to choose more advanced model DA56S, this system has better function and better operating experience, it provides easy CNC programming with the Delem 2D graphical product design tool. The CNC program is generated with a one touch key stroke. In the production mode of the DA-56 the operator can graphically simulate the bend process of the product guiding him during the press brake operation.

The basic machine control functions are Y1-Y2 and X axis, optionally a second back gauge axis can be used as R/Z or X2 axis. Also the crowning function is standard on board.

The 250 Ton press brake machine with several worktable length, including 3200mm, 4000mm, 5000mm and 6000mm, the depth of throat is 400mm, the slide stroke is 250mm, Max open height is 590 mm, all these parameters can be customized according to the requirements of customer, the machine equipped motor are all Siemens brand with power of 18.5 KW.
