200 Ton Hydraulic Press Brake

GLDMA 200 ton CNC hydraulic metal plate press brake machine is divided into four sizes of work table: 3200mm, 4000mm, 5000mm, and 6000mm length. A few clients ask that they want to have a 2500mm length, but this is not our standard size, in view of this length can not support 200 Ton pressure in long term, and it will influence the life span of machine.
200 ton is a middle size in press brake machinery, so the manufacturers of building structure, automobile small spare parts, even some small machine manufacturers will need this size. Delem CNC controller series is much more popular with customers. CNC type at least will be equipped with 3+1 axis, which bring the machine into a higher level of precision. Two cylinders are controlled by grating ruler, it will bring perfect performance on synchronization. What's more, the speed of two Y axis is obviously improved. This is why CNC press brake machine is much more expensive on price.

About the configuration, we choose some famous brands through large quantity of supplier all over the world. There are two convictive examples. One is the hydraulic systems ------ GLDMA choose Germany famous brand Rexroth, to decrease oil leakage and impurity content and increase overall stability. The other one is about back gauge ------ using Taiwan Hiwin ball screw and linear guide. This can speed up X axis movement and level up X position precision. Perfect accuracy and high efficiency is what all metal fabrication enterprise always pursue. 
Even 200 ton hydraulic press brake is not so big, some attention matters need to be marked out. The weight of press brake is seriously unbalanced, which is decided by the structures. We suggest to download and lift the machine by crane as below: 
If crane is unavailable, make sure the forklift lift machine at forward side of machine. Do not make forklift from back or side of bending machine.

6mm Hydraulic Shearing Machine With Estun E21s
