1000 Ton CNC Press Brake Machine

As a large tonnage of machine, not every factory can produce 1000 ton CNC press brake machine, we, GLDMA company has a lot of advanced and large process machines which can ensure us has enough ability to produce 1000 Ton or even larger tonnage machine, to ensure the bending precision, the quality is a critical factor, to ensure the machine can be used for long time, the machine frame is integrated processed by large boring-milling machine, and also will be treated by the annealing furnace to eliminate the stress.
There are several CNC control system for you to choose, normally are DA52S, DA56S, DA66T and DA69T, if you only want control X,Y1,Y2 and V axis, you can choose DA52S, X axis for back gauge forward and back, Y1, Y2 for ram up and down, V for compensation, also you can expend more axis, X1, X2 for back gauge forward and back, Z1, Z2 for left and right, R1, R2 for up and down, meanwhile you need to choose more advanced control system. DA56S provides easy CNC programming with the Delem 2D graphical product design tool. Machine adjustment and test bends are reduced to a minimum because of the quick and easy to use bend sequence determination tool. The basic machine control functions are Y1-Y2 and X axis, optionally a second back gauge axis can be used as R/Z or X2 axis. Also the crowning function is standard on board.
DA66T offers 2D programming that includes automatic bend sequence calculation and collision detection. Full 3D machine set-up with multiple tool stations giving true feedback on the product feasibility and handling. 
DA69T Highly effective control algorithms optimise the machine cycle and minimise set-up time. This makes using press brakes easier, more efficient and more versatile then ever. The OEM-panel located above the screen, reserved for machine functions and OEM-application switches, is integrated in the design and can be used depending the required application.
The max length of plate the machine can bend is 10 meters,the other main parameters such as depth of throat,slide stroke and max opening height can be customized by customer,also the color of machine can be appointed.
