10mm CNC Swing Hydraulic Shearing Machine With DAC 310s




Q12K series 10mm CNC hydraulic shearing machine is equipped with 40mm side structure, and the thickness of worktable arrives 45mm, 10mm*2500mm model is already with 7300kgs weight. Compared with other small factories, GLDMA insists to keep high quality on machine structure. We can offer two years warranty on whole machine and main components, and machine structure can have more than 15 years life span.

10mm is already thick size, and the weight of plate is relatively heavy. Shearing machine is standard with support arms in the front of work table. One side can help operation place the sheet, the other side can keep level of the raw plate to guarantee cutting precision. GLDMA also can provide back supporter as optional configuration.

CNC swing hydraulic shearing machine is with Delem DAC310s controller, which has blade clearance control function. This system is totally automatic and servo control. The program storage can reach 100 steps each. Servo motor on backgauge also support machine with quicker speed, so that can save processing time.

There are 2500mm, 3200mm, 4000mm, 5000mm and 6000mm sizes of worktable for choosing. Shearing machines also need periodic maintenance. Shear blade sharpening must be performed on a regular basis. We also can offer spare blade that clients can purchase several sets as store parts.
