Routine Maintenance Techniques of Laser Engraving Machine

There are several synchronous belts in the transmission system of the laser cutting machine. If the synchronizing belt is loose, the engraving machine will present the heavy shadow. If the synchronous belt is too tight, it will cause the wear of the synchronous belt. After a period of time for using, adjust the tight screws of the synchronous belt, and adjust the synchronous belt to the proper tightness until the carving text does not appear in heavy shadow, and the running noise of the laser engraving machine and the laser cutting machine is low, or consult the manufacturer's technical personnel. 

1. Add oil to bearings 
Laser cutting machine uses a large number of bearings, in order to ensure good cutting, carving consequences, part of the bearings need to be refueled regularly (excluding oil bearing), use a clean soft cloth to wipe off the soil on the bearings, inhale the machine oil into needle pipe with needle pipe, and then use the needle add it to the bearings slowly. During the oil injection slowly rotate bearings. Adjust the tightness of synchronous belt. 

2.The maintenance of laser tube
The laser tube of laser engraving machine is cooled by circulating water. In the long term, there will be some white dirt in the tube. We can add a small amount of vinegar in the circulating water to remove the dirt in the tube, then rinse the inner ring of the laser tube with clean water so that the laser tube will be at the best condition extend its lifetime. 

3. Add lubricating oil to linear guide rail
After a period of time of using, dusk and smoke produced during carving, cutting has a corrupt effect on the guide rail of laser engraving machine. So the guide rail needs regular maintenance. Cut down the power of the laser engraving machine, clean the guide rail with a clean soft cloth. Then add the lubricating oil on the guide rail, and roll the slider back and forth to ensure the lubricating oil enters its inner part. When the oil is added, installed the guide rail first, do not fix the guide rail until all the fixed nails are installed. After the belt and the slider are fixed, then install the lens, and the way to the X is finished. 

4.Wipe reflectors and focusing mirrors
After using the laser engraving machine and the laser cutting machine for a period of time, smoke and dust will adhere to the surface of the lens, affecting the depth and the precision of carving and cutting. Usually, in a week or so (according to the use frequency of laser cutting machine and engraving machine), we need to clean three pieces of reflector and a focus lens of the engraving machine with absolute alcohol.
