Reasons for Failure of Brake Machine Control System

When using the equipment such as a brake machine, when the machine maintains pressure, it will encounter the situation that the slider pressing force is insufficient and the return speed is slow. What causes this situation? According to the hydraulic system diagram and working process analysis, the reasons for the insufficient slider pressing force and the slow return speed during the pressurization of the bending machine may be as follows:

(1) The piston and end cover of the bending machine is not well sealed, and the bending machine causes serious leakage inside and outside the cylinder.

(2) The relief valve 14 is under pressure.

(3) The poppet valve 12 has a serious wear on the surface of the valve plug, causing the valve port to close loosely.

(4) The relief valve 9 is set to a low pressure.

(5) Excessive pressure in the hydraulic pump causes a low pump pressure.

(6) The surface of the spool of the reversing valve 6 is worn, which causes the spool to move in the valve body to be difficult, and the built-in one-way closing of the valve 11 is not strict or the gap of the valve surface of the valve body is too large.
