In recent years, the machining accuracy of laser cutting has been gradually improved, which greatly simplifies some processing procedures and reduces the processing cost of single parts. At the same time, the machining time of the workpiece is greatly reduced because of the rapid improvement of the cutting speed of the laser cutting machine. At the same time, the individual production efficiency of the operator has also been greatly improved.

As the speed of laser cutting is increasing, the range of the workpiece's processing heat is gradually reduced, and the amount of thermal deformation that appears in the work of cutting process is also reduced. From the actual situation of production, the original composite machine APELIOII 357 is usually a part with the thickness less than 2mm, which is mainly processed by the outsourced components of the spinning machine. Now, laser cutting machine not only can process the above part, but also can process the part with the thickness of 3mm--4mm or even larger than 6mm. Most of these parts are structural parts, transmission parts and main work parts. The requirements for machining precision are high, in which some parts are close to the precision requirements of the machining ones. The laser cutting parts not only have the characteristics of small deformation and high finish of the machining surface, but also have the characteristics of small burr and not even the size consistency of the parts. It has the greatest function in the precision control of the assembly dimension of the agricultural machinery.
