Common Failure and Elimination of Hydraulic Pump in Bending Machine

The hydraulic components of the dispersed bending machine are connected by oil pipes and pipe joints to form a complete hydraulic system. The performance of tubing and the structure of pipe joints are directly related to the working state of a hydraulic system. This article introduces commonly used hydraulic tubing and pipe joints, and the general name of tubing and pipe joints is bending machine hydraulic pump.

I. Oil pipe of bending machine

In the hydraulic system of the bending machine, there are many types of tubing is used, such as steel pipe, copper tube, nylon tube, plastic pipe, rubber tube, etc.,. In the selection of hydraulic system pressure, the position of hydraulic components and the working environment of the hydraulic equipment should be taken into consideration.

1. The steel pipe is divided into two types: seamless steel pipe and welded pipe. The former is usually used in high voltage system, and the latter in low voltage system. The characteristics of the steel pipe are high bearing capacity, low price, high strength and good rigidity, but it is difficult to assemble and bend. At present, steel pipes are the most widely used in all kinds of hydraulic equipment.

2. Copper tubes are divided into two types, brass and copper tubes. The copper pipe has the advantages of convenient assembly and easy to bend, but also has the disadvantages of low strength, poor anti-vibration ability, high material price, easy to make hydraulic oil oxidize and so on. It is generally used in the inner place or the place where the pressure system is 0.5-10MPa's medium and low-pressure system which makes it difficult to assemble in the hydraulic device.

3. Nylon tube is a new type of semi-opaque tube, which has two kinds of pressure bearing capacity, 2.5MPa, and 8MPa. Nylon tube has the advantages of low cost, easy bending as well as the disadvantage of a short life. The low boat systems are often used as a substitute for copper tubes.
