Introduction of Mechanical Power Press Machine

1. The work principle and usage
The working mechanism of GLDMA mechanical power press machine is the crank connecting rod working principle. With this rigid mechanism, so the slider movement is forced and the number of slider stroke per minute and the motion trail of slider is fixed.Mechanical press is popularly used for sheet stamping, and it is also suitable for shearing, punching, blanking, bending and slight extension. The machine's body can be tilted so that the finished products and scrap material will slide from the mold. Automatic feeding devices can connect with power press, so it's easy to realize semi-automatic work.

2. Lubrication for mechanical press
The press adopts distributed lubrication way: the lubrication points are on the left side of the crankshaft bearing, connecting rod, and the guide bushing quality parts on flywheel. User should add oil on each lubrication point before starting the machine. It is necessary to pay attention to the lubrication situation of these parts during operating. In order to avoid machine parts wear and tear, should immediately stop to refuel when oil is not enough.
3. Installation
Based on the machine foundation drawing, it needs solid concrete foundation. Wait for the solidification of concrete, also make sure the levelness of foundation. About the workbench level calibration, the error of every 1000mm on the length should not be over 0.03mm. Press must be based entirely on solidification, to start to work. Once finish installation, to wash and clean out the antitrust oil on the surface of press with kerosene, be careful not to damage the paint surface. At the same time cleaning the oil hole, oil field. Keep regular cleaning during daily operation, scrubbing and do not use the metal or emery cloth.
