Precautions during operation of hydraulic press

1, Hydraulic machine operation is strictly prohibited to start and stop the motor with load. Starting the motor with load makes will be harmful to the motor, pump and power grid. Stop with Load will cause the hold pressure of the pipe.

2, The worker must be focus on the machine when starting the hydraulic press machine, not far from the cabinet, stop the machine if emergency situation.

3, The worker must focus on the machine during the operation, concentrate on the operation state of the hydraulic press at any time,stop the machine when emergency situation occur,after check the reason and solve the problem,then restart the machine.

4, the occurrence of hydraulic equipment accidents, should keep the scene, and immediately report the incident occurred and record, in order to find the reason, to prevent the recurrence of the accident.

5, hydraulic press start, should be slowly and steadily pressurized or buck, to prevent the hydraulic shock damage to the oil joints, seals and solder joints, shall not be knocked on the specimen and oil.

6, In view of the hydraulic press operation, do not close to the operation of the equipment, hydraulic press with pressure operators may not leave the work site.

7, hydraulic machine operation process in strict accordance with the operating instructions, and make a record.
