CNC bending machine is a sheet metal processing equipment that complete the sheet metal bending. With the rapid development of home appliances, electronics, kitchen utensils, instruments, chassis and other industries, customers' product is mostly small size and multi-channel bending sheet parts, as shown in Figure 1. In order to improve work efficiency, purchasing equipment has high requirement on bending speed. While restricted by the space of the factory, small tonnage, the demand information of high speed, excellent performance, and good work accuracy of the bending machine are more and more. For this market segment, in order to compete for more market share and rich product line to meet these industries for small tonnage, high-speed CNC bending machine needs, now we research and develop a high-speed compact CNC bending machine.

At present, domestic and foreign CNC bending machine is driven by AC induction motor. Oil pump motor is always working during used.The hydraulic oil is directly returned to the tank by the relief valve in the absence of sheet metal bending. Energy waste is greater. Hydraulic oil heat and oil change cycle is short. The users use the high cost. The high-speed and compact CNC bending machine developed by this project is driven by the servo motor to drive the gear pump. When the upper and lower sheet and the sheet metal are positioned, the servo motor is automatically closed to minimize the no-load power consumption. During the fast down and return, the CNC system achieve high-speed movement through real-time dynamic adjustment of the speed of the servo motor.In the feed and hold stages,when the system pressure reaches the set pressure, the gear pump provides sufficient pressure and flow. The CNC system according to the required speed and pressure give the corresponding speed and torque command to servo motor, so the hydraulic system is no longer resulting in overflow loss and energy-saving effect is obvious. Compared with the traditional hydraulic main drive machine, it saves about 45% energy.
High – speed and compact CNC bending machine mechanism and working principle
The frame is racked with steel plate welding and then deals with stress after welding through the tempering by the fireplace. It uses four high-strength adjustable elastic vibration pads to support. It does not need anchor bolts and is easy to install. The CNC system uses the Netherlands DELEM's DA52S system or optional DA66T bending dedicated CNC system. Slider with a single hydraulic cylinder drive and linear guide has strong anti-partial load capacity. The feedback of the slider position uses a single grating real-time detection to ensure the bending accuracy.The rear block mechanism can control a number of rear block shafts and is equipped with a fast clamping device, as shown in Figure 2.The main technical parameters are shown in Table 1

High speed and compact CNC bending machine technical advantages
(1) It saves energy significantly and improves efficiency, the need for accurate fuel rationing, real-time dynamic adjustment Servo motor speed optimization, useless power consumption is very low, when no need for flow or pressure, automatically turn off the servo motor.
⑵ Servo motor speeds up to 3000r / min and can achieve high-speed bending; its performance speed matching is very high and its fast and return speed can be up to 200mm / s;working speed can be set arbitrarily between 0 and 20mm / s and work efficiency can be greatly improved.
⑶ Power consumption significantly reduced and there is a corresponding reduction in carbon emissions. Servo motor has an overload capacity in a short period of time. The actual installed power is only 50% of the theoretical installed power.

⑹ It improves the control accuracy to achieve high-precision bending and high precision synchronization. The precision of working process is within 0.02mm.
⑺ Its safety and economy is high. The servo motor is faster than the normal motor brake, and its pressure and the flow cut fast under emergency. It can control the different specifications of the machine by system maximum torque in system to prevent system overload caused by human factors.
⑻ It uses a single hydraulic cylinder drive. Compared with the two-cylinder bending machine on the market, it does not need to control the left and right tank with the same step, so the response frequency is faster.
