1. Preparation Before Operation of Hydraulic Shearing Machine

⑴ Cleaning all parts of the surface oil, note that the ball valve should be in the open position;
⑵ All lubrication parts into grease;
⑶ In the tank to add n32-n46 viscous hydraulic oil (oil must be filtration);
⑷ Machine grounding, power supply, check the coordination of electrical action;
⑸ Must check the position of the ball head before driving, especially when the accumulator needs refilling.
⑹ Before operation to wear tight protective clothing, cuffs buckle tight, the hem of the jacket can not be opened, not in the running machine tool next to wear, undress, or surrounding cloth on the body, to prevent the machine from twisting. Do not wear slippers. Shearing machine operators must be familiar with the main structure, performance and use of shearing machine.
⑺ Shearing plate, must be no hard mark, slag, slag, weld material, not allowed super thickness.

2. Machine Tool Hydraulic Shearing Machine Operation

⑺ Step down pedal switch cut off steel plate;
⑻ Repeated ⑷~⑹ shearing of the next sheet material;
⑼ Cut a piece/sheet of steel after the replacement of a duplicate ⑷~⑻ processing;
⑽ When finished working, turn off the power and carry on daily maintenance to the equipment.

3. Daily Maintenance and Maintenance of Hydraulic Shearing Machine

⑴ Use the shearing machine not operating properly, should immediately cut off the power outage check.
⑵ When adjusts the machine tool, must cut off the power supply, moves the workpiece, should pay attention to the hand safety. Shearing machine Each department should always maintain lubrication, each class should be the operator to add lubricating oil once, every six months by the mechanic to the rolling bearing parts of the lubricating oil once.
⑶ Often check the blade clearance, according to the thickness of different materials timely adjustment gap;
⑷ Blade must be kept sharp, cut surface is not allowed to have welding scar, gas cutting seam and protruding burr;
⑸ In adjusting the machine, must stop to avoid the occurrence of personal and machine accidents;
⑹ Operation, if found abnormal noise or fuel tank overheating phenomenon, should immediately stop inspection, tank temperature of the highest temperature ≤60°c;
⑺ Do not cut long strips, so as not to damage the shearing machine, the narrowest sheet size must not be less than 40mm.
