Structure and Characteristics of Hydraulic Plate Bending Machine:

(1) Hydraulic transmission, the oil cylinders at both ends of the machine are placed on the slide block to directly drive the machine to do sliding work.
(2) Structure of mechanical block is adopted, and it is stable and reliable.
(3) The slider stroke maneuver is fast adjusted, manual fine tuning, and counter display.
(4) All-steel welded structure has sufficient strength and rigidity.
(5) The synchronous mechanism of the slider is forced to synchronize by twisting axis.
(6) Wedge-type deflection compensation mechanism ensures higher bending accuracy.
The main hydraulic cylinder of the hydraulic plate bending machine includes the end cover, the cylinder body, the outer piston rod, flange sleeve, the inner piston rod, screw sleeve, nut, and cap. And the end cover is fixed on one end of the cylinder body, the screw sleeve, nut, and cap are fixed on the other end of the cylinder body. The outer piston rod is placed inside the cylinder, and the flange cover covers the piston end of the outer piston rod. The piston end of the inner piston rod extends into the outer piston rod, and the rod end of the inner piston rod is fixedly installed on the end cover, and the inner piston rod is provided with an oil channel. The hydraulic cylinder has a non-rod cavity and the inner rod cavity that the traditional type hydraulic cylinder doesn’t have, so it has a special fast driving function. Under the condition that the driving conditions of the hydraulic system are same, the cylinder is underlain or without the gravity cutter, it is still easy to realize the two-stage speed increase function. The contact force area of the screw sleeve is far greater than that of the adjusting nut of the traditional bending machine, which improves the contact rigidity and stability and ensures a good limit accuracy.
