The Treatment Method of Fiber Cutting Machine with Poor Quality

When the cutting quality of fiber cutting machine is not good, the treatment method is solved.
For new novices, when the cutting quality is not good, it will be difficult to meet the numerous parameters of how to adjust.Here is a brief introduction to the problems and solutions.
The parameters affecting cutting quality include cutting height, cutting nozzle model, focus position, cutting power, cutting frequency, cutting duty ratio, cutting air pressure and cutting speed.Hardware conditions: protective lens, gas purity, plate quality, assembling mirror and collimation mirror.
In case of poor cutting quality, the general inspection should be conducted first, and the main
contents and order of the general inspection shall be:
1. The cutting height (recommended actual cutting height is between 0.8 and 1.2mm), if the actual cutting height is not allowed, the calibration shall be carried out;
2. Cut the mouth, check the size and size of the cutting nozzle, if it is correct to check whether the cutting nozzle is damaged and the roundness is normal;
3. Light heart, it is recommended to conduct a light heart examination with a diameter of 1.0, and the focal point should be between -1 and 1.The dots are small and easy to observe;
4. Protect the lens, check whether the lens is clean, and require no water, no oil, no slag point.Sometimes the protective lens is foggy because of the weather or the cold weather.
5. Focus, check whether the focus is set correctly. If it is automatic focus cutting head, it must use a mobile APP to see whether the focus is correct;
6. Modify the cutting parameters, all of the above five items are checked and no problem, and then modify the parameters according to the phenomenon.
How to adjust the parameters according to the phenomenon, the following is a brief introduction of the state and the solution when cutting stainless steel and carbon steel.
Take stainless steel slags as an example.There are many types of hanging slag, such as hanging slag around the corner, which can reduce the focus and increase the pressure. As a whole, it needs to reduce the focus, increase the pressure and enlarge the mouth, but the focus is too low or the pressure is too low. As a whole, it can increase the cutting speed or reduce the cutting power.
The cutting of stainless steel may also be encountered: the end of the cutting edge of the hanging slag, which can check whether the gas supply gas insufficient gas flow cannot keep up.
The cutting of carbon steel generally meets the problems of thin plate section and rough section.In general, a 1000W laser can cut the brightness of no more than 4mm carbon steel, 2000W is 6mm, 3000W is 8mm.
If it needs to cut the cross-section of the first light plate well without rust or without paint surface oxide skin, the second high oxygen purity is more than 99.5% at least, it needs to be aware of on the cutting: with a small nozzle double to 1.0 or 1.2, cutting speed faster, need more than 2 m/min, cutting should not be too great pressure.
In order to ensure the quality of the cutting section of the thick plate, it is necessary to ensure the purity of the plate and gas in the second place. The larger the aperture, the better the cross-section will be, but the taper of the section will be bigger.
