Factors Affecting The Cutting Quality of Laser Cutting Machine

The nozzle of laser cutting machine can assist the rapid gas ejection. It can effectively prevent impurities such as melted up to rebound, and then protect the focusing lens. At the same time, it can control the area and size of gas diffusion, thus further affect the cutting quality of laser cutting machine. At the same time, the size of the nozzle is various according to the thickness of the cutting material.

1. When cutting thin plates (below 3mm). 
The nozzle with diameter of 1mm diameter will be relatively fine, and the nozzle with diameter of 1.5mm will be relatively thick, and the corner will be easier to contain stains.

2. When cutting thick plates (above 3mm). 
The nozzle of the diameter of 1mm is not very stable. Because at this time, the power of cutting is high, the relative heat dissipation time is longer, and the relative cutting time also increases, the nozzle gas diffusion area with the diameter of 1mm diameter is small, so it is not very stable, but generally, it can be used. The the nozzle with a diameter of 1.5mm has a large area of gas diffusion than that of the nozzle, and the gas flow rate is slower, which make the cutting be relatively stabler.

3. When cutting the plates which are more than 10mmd. 
Generally, the nozzle with diameter of 2mm or above 2mm should be chosen.
However, as the larger the aperture of the nozzle is , the smaller the protection for the focusing lenses is. Therefore, it should be reasonable to choose the size of the nozzle of laser cutting machine in order to produce more effectively.
