Safety Operation Procedures for Three Roll Bending Machine

The upper roll of the rolling machine is in the central symmetrical position of the two lower roll. It acts vertically on the piston through the hydraulic oil in the hydraulic cylinder, and drives the two lower roll gears to move together and rotate through the last gear of the main reducer, so as to provide torque for the rolled sheet. The leveling plastic plate is made up of three roll bending machine, with the help of the upper roller's lower pressure and the rotation movement of the lower roll, so that the metal plate can be continuously bent through multiple passes. A permanent plastic deformation is produced to be rolled into the required cylinder, cone, or part of them. The drawback of the three roll bending machine is that the end of the plate must be prebent with the aid of other equipment. The rolling machine is suitable for large rolling plate machine with the thickness of 50 mm.

1. The rollers must be managed by a special person.

2. Operators must be familiar with the structure and operation of the rolling machine, and the operator can only operate it after being approved by the management personnel.

3. Carefully check the safety device before starting it.

4. While operating, hands and feet are strictly prohibited on rollers and transmission parts and workpieces.

5. After work interruption, the clutch should be punched into neutral.

6. The collaborative work must be directed by a person.

7. Work overload is strictly prohibited.

8. The balance of the overturning and upper roller must be carried out after the main drive stops.

9. The work site is forbidden to clutter the workpieces and debris; and keep the machine and site clean at all times.

10. After the operation, power should be cut off and the power box should be locked

3. The structure style of this machine is 3 roller symmetrical. The top roller does the movement of elevation in the central position of the two bottom rolls.It’s transmitted by screw nut and worm gear.Two bottom rolls are main drive rolls.They rotate by the meshing between the output gear of the gear box and the bottom roller and supply the torque for bending plate.It’s compact, maintain and very easy to operate.

4. The main components are: three 45 steel forged rollers, HRC3545, the support frame is welded, the process after being welded, the lower pallet is a welded part. Ball bearing screw and worm gear are 45 steel forged parts.

5. The lower roller is driven by the main motor through the main reducer. The main reducer output shaft transmits to the two lower rollers through a group of the gear wheel. The roller driving direction is switched by the main motor.

6. The offloading device is used after the round cylinder have been finished. Before leaving the left bearing seat raises the upper roller to standard height, and make the upper roller stop with balanced pull rod at the bottom of upper roller. Then draw out pin shaft on the tilting bearing seat, overturn the tilting bearing seat, then the coiled product can emerge from one end of the upper roller.
