Common Failure Analysis of CNC Hydraulic Bending Machine

Failure 1: no pressure on the hydraulic system


  1. Whether the electromagnetic coil of the proportional overflow valve is electric, and whether the proportional electromagnetic coil voltage meets the requirements, for the above reasons, please check the relevant electrical reasons.
  2. Check whether the cartridge valve is stuck or whether the main valve core is jammed, and the damping holes are blocked. If this is the above reason, please remove the overflow valve to clean and reload.
  3. Three-phase power supply phase, leading to motor reversal.


Fault 2: the slide is fast and slow, and the time is too long



  1. Check whether the oil level of the oil tank is too low, and the filling port is not submerged.For the above reasons, the oil tank oil can be added to above 5mm above the filling mouth and the filling hole is completely submerged.
  2. Check whether the fast-forward speed is too fast, and the filling is insufficient.For the above reasons, the fast forward speed can be reduced by modifying the system parameters.
  3. Check whether the filling valve is fully opened, if it is because of the oil pollution, the valve core activity of the filling valve is not flexible and there is a lag phenomenon, which leads to insufficient filling.The filling valve needs to be reinstalled to make the valve core flexible.


Fault 3: the sliding block return normal, fast forward to normal, manual cannot slow down, folding plate weakness



  1. Check whether the "two-position four-way" reversing valve of the control liquid control oil circuit is working normally, and if it is, the filling valve is not closed, so that the upper chamber is connected with the fuel tank, and the pressure cannot be built.The reason that the valve cannot work properly is that there is no electricity or card to die.
  2. Check whether the filling valve is stuck. If so, please clean the filling valve and reinstall it to make the valve core flexible.
