Suitable container and stable fixing is the key point. Widely used in machinery industry is 20' /40' GQ (general container), 40HQ (high container), 20' /40' OT(open top container). If the machine is much larger, flat rack container is the leading part.
20' GQ is a good choice for a small machine, like power press, ironworker and some duct forming machine. When the height is over 2100mm, need to level up to 40' HQ container. Some machine like pneumatic power press, as its height, need to be laid down in the container.
But if the machine is too heavy and large, it's necessary to separate and use several containers. Such as the big tonnage tandem press brake, at lease will use more than two and flat rack types.
Our workers will use double amounts of steel rope to fix the machine to each corner of the container.
